Dr. Ajaybhaskar Reddy is a passionate academician, mentor, and career guide with over  11 years of experience in higher education. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at REVA University, Bengaluru, he has been actively involved in student mentoring, placements, admissions, and academic leadership.

Throughout his career, he has guided hundreds of students in making academic and career decisions, helping them align their interests with practical opportunities. His role as Vertical Head for Placements, Alumni, and Student Activities has given him deep insights into industry expectations and employability skills.

Dr. Reddy holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering and has contributed significantly to research with multiple publications in reputed indexed journals and patented innovations. Beyond academics, he has delivered motivational talks, organized student development programs, and actively participated in social outreach initiatives.

With a strong belief that every student has unique potential, he aims to empower individuals through structured career guidance, scientific assessment tools, and personalized mentoring. His approach combines analytical thinking, real-world exposure, and a student-centric mindset to help learners make confident and informed career choices.
